I started making these items when friends and family were going through periods of loss and grief, and the pack would end up on doorsteps and in mailboxes as a loving reminder that they are loved and supported duirng difficult times.  Each item is meant to help create a safe place to allow grief to move naturally through the body, and bring rest and support to those that are grieving.
