A Deeper Approach to Blood Chemistry Rooted in Patterns, Minerals, and Physiology

 

Most blood chemistry trainings focus on simplified interpretation. A marker is high or low, and meaning is assigned to that single value. From there, the next step is often a generalized or standard protocol.

This course takes a different approach. It is built around learning the language of blood chemistry, so you can understand what the body is communicating rather than relying on memorized interpretations.

​Instead of assigning meaning to a single marker, this course teaches you how to:

  • recognize patterns across systems

  • connect markers together

  • identify the dominant physiological themes driving what you are seeing

A central part of this approach is the integration of mineral physiology and nutritional status. This course places a strong emphasis on markers that are often overlooked in conventional interpretation, including:

  • ceruloplasmin and copper markers

  • vitamin A

  • RBC magnesium

  • Zinc

  • and other indicators that provide deeper insight into nutrient status and mineral balance

 

These markers help create a more complete picture of how the body is functioning, beyond what is typically assessed. This course also uniquely integrates HTMA patterns with blood chemistry.

You will learn how to:

  • connect mineral patterns seen in HTMA with trends in bloodwork

  • understand where these two assessments align

  • recognize where they may differ, and why

This level of integration is not commonly taught, yet it provides valuable context for interpreting both.

In addition, this course emphasizes the role of stress physiology and metabolic health. Bloodwork reflects adaptation. It shifts in response to:

  • stress

  • energy demands

  • nutrient availability

  • the body’s attempt to maintain balance

 

When these factors are understood, interpretation becomes more precise and more grounded in physiology.

 

This is not a protocol driven course. The goal is not to assign meaning to isolated markers or apply blanket recommendations.
