HTMA Lite is my newest service offering, designed as a more accessible alternative to my 1:1 Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) service. This is a beautiful entry point for those who are curious about their mineral patterns and how these reflect — and affect — the current phase of their life.

Through HTMA, we gain insight into your body’s inner terrain: how stress, diet, and lifestyle have shaped your mineral balance and how this balance may be influencing your energy, mood, sleep, hormones, and more.

HTMA Lite is best suited for individuals who are ready to take full ownership of their healing journey — those who feel empowered to make changes and take aligned action without one-on-one support.

HTMA Lite is for those who are ready to get real with themselves, tune into what their body truly needs, and begin releasing what’s no longer serving them — all while working at their own pace, on their own terms.

Requirements:

-For testing - you will need to be able to cut a small amount of untreated/uncolored hair directly from the root using scissors. Instructions will be sent with your sample kit. If you have recently colored your hair, you will need to wait at least 8-10 weeks, until you have about an inch of fresh growth. I am only able to work with clients who can provide a hair sample from their head.

-I work with both adults and children of all ages. I will be screening applications and choosing clients that feel like the right fit, both intuitively and based on the information provided. 

-I work with clients in the US and Canada for HTMA services.

 

Details:

If you apply and are accepted, the process goes like this:

-You purchase the HTMA Lite package from me and receive immediate access to the instructions to collect and mail in your samples (HTMA kits are now digital so you don't have to wait on me to mail a kit anymore!). I ask that you mail in samples within 14 days of purchase.

-The average turnaround time is 4 weeks once you mail your samples to the lab. It takes about 2-3 weeks for me to receive the results from the time you mail them, and from there I will analyze your results, record your video and create your customized plan. I will reach out to you with an update once I have your results.
