The Process Goes Like This:
-You purchase the package. After purchase you will receive an email with important information for how to collect your hair sample, please check your spam box if you don't see it.
-I will mail your HTMA hair kit within 1 business day
-Once you receive your kit, collect your hair sample and mail it at your earliest convenience (please do not delay as this will delay getting your results).
-The average turnaround time is 4 weeks once you mail your samples to the lab. It takes about 2 weeks for me to receive the results, and from there I will analyze your results, record your video and create your customized plan.
