This product also contains supportive nutrients including boron and vitamin D to enhance the absorption and utilization of these essential minerals.
 
One Tablet of Paramin contains:
Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol) 
Calcium Complex (as calcium amino acid chelate, dicalcium malate) 
Magnesium Complex (as magnesium amino acid chelate, dimagnesium malate)
Boron (as boron glycinate [Bororganic]) 
Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium vegetable stearate, vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, film coating (hypromellose, glycerin, hydroxypropyl cellulose)
