Stress Less Tea

Light, minty, and relaxing, I formulated this tea to help soothe stressful days and bring some peace and calm with each sip. 


Ingredients: Chamomile, Peppermint, Linden Leaf, Holy Basil, Passionflower, Orange Peel  (caffeine free)


Directions for use: Pour just boiling water over 1 TBS tea. Cover and let steep for 5 minutes. Strain, pour into your favorite mug, and enjoy!


My teas are all loose leaf, using only organic, locally grown, or ethically wildcrafted ingredients.
